Summary: The family consists of husband, son and mother. The request is to differentiate clearly the areas generating privacy unfragmented space. From this comes the proposition of two clear blocks where one of them is dedicated to the couple in PA. and another to the other members of the family, also turn the social difference of private PB. The blocks are connected by a link, the access corridor that frames of the back garden and typifying the proposal as Culata Jovai. Eaves, pergola decks and try to smooth the transition from indoor to outdoor corresponding to functionality.
